PRFORM
Terms of Sale
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms cover the PRFORM Premium subscription purchased in the iPhone app through the App Store.
1. Publisher and purpose
These Terms of Sale govern Premium subscriptions to the PRFORM mobile app, published by PRFORM. By subscribing, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Premium subscription
PRFORM Premium gives you access to all the features of the app: a personalized training program adapted block after block, your coach Magnus, voice recaps, progress tracking and the Apple Watch app. Two plans are available: monthly and yearly, each starting with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. In the United States, they cost $12.99 per month and $79.99 per year. Discounted offers may be available in the app (welcome offer, offer for former subscribers): their price, length and the price that applies afterward are shown before you confirm. The prices shown in the app are the ones that apply. They vary with the country and currency of your App Store account, and taxes may apply depending on where you live.
3. Subscribing and paying
You can subscribe only in the app, through Apple's App Store in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you have not canceled before it ends. PRFORM never collects payment directly.
4. Free trial and auto-renewal
The 7-day free trial is for new subscribers. When it ends, the plan you chose starts automatically and is billed at the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. The subscription then renews automatically for the same period (one month or one year), at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The price, length and any trial are shown in the app before you confirm.
5. Canceling
You can cancel at any time in the PRFORM app (Profile › Manage Subscription) or in your App Store account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and Premium access stays available until then. The current period is not refunded on a prorated basis.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's terms: refund requests go to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), which handles them under its rules and applicable law. If you live in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal, which you exercise through Apple; under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, immediate access to digital content after subscribing waives this right for the period that has begun.
7. Availability and changes
The app is available on iPhone and Apple Watch. PRFORM may change, add or remove features to improve the service; the core features of the subscription remain available during the period you paid for. The programs and recommendations the app generates are training content and are not medical advice: talk to a healthcare professional before you start any physical activity.
8. Personal data
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which also explains the rights you have depending on where you live. To use them, write to contact@prform.io.
9. Customer support
Our support team is available by email at contact@prform.io for any question about your subscription or the app.
10. Changes to these terms
PRFORM may change these terms. The version that applies is the one in effect on the date you subscribe or renew. We will tell you about any significant change in the app or by email before it takes effect.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. This does not take away the consumer protections you have under the mandatory law of the country or state where you live. If you live in the European Union, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge under Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; the mediator's contact details are available on request at contact@prform.io. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will decide.
